Returns & Exchange Policy​

At Badgal Bizniz we make sure that all our products are the best quality they can be. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If any of our products sent to you are damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can put things right. We are sorry to hear if this has happened.

Returns

Items will only be accepted for a return if the item is faulty. Please ensure if returning an item it is unworn, unaltered and in the original packaging it was received in.

Once we receive your returned item we will notify you. We will then issue a full refund including the original shipping fee. Please allow 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed.

We advise you to send your return back with a reliable courier with tracking so you can locate your return as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Exchanges

If an item does not fit then we are more than happy to exchange it for a different size or style, pleasure ensure the product is sent back in it's original state.

We will notify you when we receive the product and will get a new one sent out to you ASAP.

​

All returns and exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item.
